- Once a transaction is processed through Payment Gateway to VTC, the client waives any rights to initiate a chargeback unless explicitly stated in the legal document of VTC.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available to cover the full amount of payment for services rendered by VTC.
- Refund policies are governed by the terms agreed upon during booking or as specified in the service agreement.
